Who We Are
Purposefully Made KC is a Kansas City based custom apparel business run by Kayleigh Biggs. You can reach us any time through our contact page.
What We Collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, order history, and any artwork you upload. If you contact us, we keep the message you send. For group orders, we may also collect the name of the person ordering and, for school or team stores, details such as a child's name, grade or teacher when the organizer has turned those options on, so items can be sent home with the right child.
Artwork and Design Tools
Images you upload are stored so we can print your order. If you use our AI Design Studio to generate artwork, the description you type and any reference image you provide are sent to OpenAI to create the design.
Payments
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are handled by Stripe. PayPal and Venmo payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
Who Else Handles Your Data
We use trusted services to run the shop: hosting through Railway, security through Cloudflare, image storage through Cloudflare R2, and Brevo as our email provider for order confirmations. They only handle data to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.
Children
Our shop is meant for adults. Group orders for children's teams and schools are placed by parents or guardians. We only use a child's details to fulfill that order.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and your cart working. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this section to explain what's added.
How Long We Keep Things
We keep order records as long as needed for taxes and customer service. You can ask us to delete your account or uploaded artwork, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Your Choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by using our contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
